Kaléydo Airlines has exciting news for the Summer 2011: new collaborations, new planes and even more destinations.

Highlights

- Fleet expansion.

During the recent months, Kaléydo Airlines has received several new planes, which has brought our fleet to a total of 54 aircraft. The average age of our fleet is now of 2,3 years, making it one of the youngest in Europe.

Receving new planes has also enabled us to add new destinations and increase capacity on several well established markets, historically served by our airline.

Another important news about our fleet, consist of a new order for two Airbus A380-800, which are scheduled to be delivered in June 2011. The Airbus A380-800, is the largest commercial aircraft in the World, and can carry up to 850 passengers in a single class layout. This due to the fact that the Airbus A380-800, is the first full double decker civil plane produced by the airline industry.

Kaléydo Airlines has opted to configure its Airbus A380-800 in three classes: Selecta, Galileo and Azalis. The prestigeous Selecta Class cabin will constist of 40 spacious seats, while 147 passengers will be welcomed in our impeccable Galileo Class and 420 in the freshness of our Azalis Class. Therefore our Airbus A380-800's will be able to carry 607 passengers, and will be deployed initially on three routes: Sao Paulo in Brazil, Chicago in The USA, and Tokyo in Japan.
