Fly & Hotel Malpensa package

The Fly & Hotel Malpensa package has been especially studied for the customers of Kaléydo Airlines that need to stay in an Hotel located nearby our hub at Milan Malpensa airport: prior to their departure, upon their arrival or while trasferring with Kaléydo Airlines at Milan Malpensa Airport.

The Fly & Hotel Malpensa package can be booked through our call center or at one of our agents. It is possible to book the Fly & Hotel Malpensa package while making a reservation for a Kaléydo Airlines flight, or also after the reservation has already been made.

The Fly & Hotel Malpensa package includes:

• Accomodation in a single, double or twin room in a selected 2 to 4 stars hotel, for a minimum of 1 night up to a maximum of 3 nights.
• Breakfast or coffee is included in the price of the package, other meals are not included.
• Shuttle service to/from Terminal 1 at Milan Malpensa Airport in order to reach the selected Hotel.
• The hotels that have been selected for the Fly & Malpensa package are located at a maximum of 15km from Milan Malpensa Airport.

Rules and notes:

• While trasferring at Milan Malpensa Airport, it is possible to make the use of the Fly & Hotel Malpensa package only if the ticketing and/or visa documents in possession of the passenger(s) permits it. In case of restrictions the package cannot be booked or purchased. If the purchaser doesn't supply enough information about its Visa status, Kaléydo Airlines reserves the right to cancel or refuse the fruition of the service without reimboursements.
• The Fly & Hotel Malpensa package can only be purchased in conjuction with an existing Kaléydo Airlines flight reservation or Kaléydo Airlines booking code for a Kaléydo Airlines flight. All e-tickets which stand a KY flight code allow to book and make use of the package.
